WOW....I have not seen a market like this since.....2005. Well, OK maybe not. However, we are seeing multiple offers and houses (that are priced right) are selling in a matter of days. With interest rates being low and prices in some cases 100's of thousands less then 2.5 years ago, you have to ask yourself "why aren't I buying". If your waiting for the market to drop more, well it might.  Call your lender,ask them what  a $10,000 difference in price will change your payment. NOT MUCH AT ALL. About a $100. Now ask yourself is that worth losing your dream home? I think not. If your not in the market, Get in it now! ST time buyers,investors, or just moving up to a bigger home, now is the time. Don't live the life of regret, buy a home now.

Well, it is official, we have bought our own bus. The tour has been such a success that we say no way around it. In order to provide the superior service we set out too, we needed our own bus. We had it decaled....You cant miss it.. As the tour grows we are determined to grow with it.
